  • November 11, Center for the Arts, 5 - 7:30 PM, Ro Khanna (Rohit Khanna) is a Democratic U.S. Representative for California’s 17th Congressional District (Silicon Valley), serving since 2017.

    The Nevada County Democrats and Indivisible Nevada County have joined forces to host Congressman Ro Khanna for a special Veterans Day Town Hall in Grass Valley.

    This community event will feature a conversation on the issues that matter most — from supporting veterans and their families to strengthening our economy, protecting democracy, and building resilient communities in Nevada County and beyond. Following brief remarks, Congressman Khanna will take questions directly from attendees in an open Q&A.

    The event tickets, priced at $20 to cover our costs, are open to the public. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the program begins at 5:30 PM. All are welcome to participate, honor the contributions of veterans, and share their voices in shaping the future. Click for tickets.
